I want to thank Fidelia and the staff of Hebron Care Center for the love and care they showed my mother during her stay there. When Fidelia started caring for my mother my mother was bedridden and couldn’t eat. Fidelia said she was going to work with my mother to bring her back. After a few weeks my mother was up walking around and able to feed her self. The staff at Hebron said we are going to treat your mother like she is our mother and they did. I appreciate the great care they all showed to my mother until the end of her life.

Hebron Care Center is a home filled with prayer, love, and fun. Mrs. Fidelia was always accessible to answer questions and address any concerns I had pertaining to my father’s (dementia resident) memory care. Communication was frequent and detailed, so my family’s mind was always at peace with respect to my father’s status. The staff treated him with such dignity and kindness at a difficult time in his life, which gave our family immense peace of mind. We are so grateful for the warmth and professionalism shown every day. It was a blessing to witness all of the ways they all made him smile. From the holiday & birthday parties for the residents to the times they would play my dad’s favorite songs from back in the day and dance with him, my family will always speak highly of Hebron and their services. Fidelia and her staff showed us how to move forward with confidence and peace of mind in the care of our Mom. Hebron Care Center took Mom in and they were able to make her comfortable, plus keep a smile on her face. We didn’t think that was possible. They cater the diet to each individual. This is done by lots of questions on their routine, likes, and dislikes to get to know Mom better. She was never a patient or client, she was Mom or Evelyn. They were able to give her better care than anywhere she had been. We truly appreciated that.

I am thankful for the care provided for my mom at Hebron Care. The staff provides consistent and attentive care in a clean environment.
